Facility Rental

Our community center offers space for events with fully furnished kitchen including a microwave, a stove and a dishwasher, tables and chairs, broad room, projector, sound system and a hall that can accommodate up to 150 persons.

For members of the association, the hall rental price starts at a base price of $300. There are add-ons to the base price such as $100 for kitchen use, $50 for microphone and sound system, and finally $50 for projector. There is $20/hour for board room use. For non-members, the hall rental starts at a base price of $500. The price of add-ons are the same.

To rent our halls, renters must agree to our renting agreement terms and conditions and sign the form presented during the negotiation. They must pay a fully-refundable damage deposit which the amount can be negotiated. Alternatively, they must provide details of their credit card information.
